Order processing times: Orders received after 12:00 noon Pacific Time (3:00pm Eastern Time) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- We offer free USA shipping to the 50 states.
- The number of USPS shipping days are published by USPS, however we are not able to guarantee that your shipments will arrive within the days USPS claims.
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number and may be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com or FedEx website at www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html, depending on your shipping option choice. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Due to common and unpredictable delays when shipping internationally via USPS, we currently only offer FedEx International Priority shipping for ALL orders shipped outside the USA, including Canada. Most orders arrive in 1-2 business days, however occasionally 3 business days.
- Your order will be assigned a tracking number and may be tracked via the FedEx website at www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
- Please note that some countries may hold/delay shipments in customs and may charge customs fees for which you will be responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for packages held in customs. Please check with your local customs agency.
